GFG is Tuscaloosa's premier 24 hour fitness facility offering state of the art equipment in a welcoming and luxurious environment. We are devoted to providing you with all the tools you need to improve your quality of life with personal attention paid to each and every exclusive member. Some of our features include:

Full sets of free weights including Ketllebells ranging from 5lbs-35lbs

With 24/7 access to the facility, GFG enables you to achieve your health and fitness goals no matter how hectic your schedule may be.

While our facility is only opening in January, we have opened early registration to help you kick the new year off right. GFG is registering only a limited number of members, so act fast!
Membership is $49.00/month and an unbeatable $69.00/month for couples. If you're over the age of 65, you can sign up for an even $39.00/month.

You can also swing by the gym during our office hours to take a tour of the place and get signed up! Hour office hours are:

Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm
Saturday, 10:00am - 2:00pm
