General information
Our first exposure to CrossFit happened while we were on vacation and flipping channels in our hotel room. The 2012 Games were on ESPN so we decided to watch to see what this CrossFit thing was all about. For most of our lives before that day we were traditional bodybuilding style lifters that never saw any real results. After watching Rich Froning take the podium, I knew I had to give it a shot. At that time there were no CrossFit gyms in our area so we had to do our best with main site wods at our local Golds. We stood out like sore thumbs with some of the things we were doing but we didn't care. We were hooked and it has been our goal since 2012 to open our own facility and bring CrossFit to the Vermilion County area.
