The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois Facebook page allows us to share health and wellness tips and provide up-to-the-minute information that’s important to our members, providers, clients, and even the public at large. The page also provides an opportunity to share questions, experiences and comments regarding wellness and health plan coverage.

We welcome your questions and feedback and we appreciate the opportunity to engage with you. We do our best to review all comments and follow up timely. Sometimes our team must assign your case to the appropriately trained department to be handled offline in order to keep your personal details confidential.
