How to Shop?? It's easy!!

ORDERING:
We will post items with all important information. Post size and email address, along with monogram (if wanted). You will receive an invoice via email within 24hrs of sale. Invoices must be paid within 2-3 days to avoid cancellation.

Please note!
*Changes reqested after invoices are sent/paid cannot be guaranteed.
*Personalization is done exactly as invoiced, so make sure to verify all details are correct!

SHIPPING:
Shipping is Free!
Items are shipped in approximately 2-4 weeks from the time you pay. Monogramming takes 2 weeks. All items are shipped ASAP, and as soon as available. Please do NOT ask shipping questions within that time frame! Keep in mind that pre-orders may be delayed in arrival to us, but are shipped as they arrive.

Please note!
*If you have multiple orders you might receive one item before another. Each order ships as available and shipping is via USPS. You will receive email notification when each item ships.

CLEARANCE SALES:
We will post sale items occasionally. Sizes and quantities of each are listed in description, for example Sizes 2(1), 5(2). These items are in stock and available for immediate shipping.

*If you have these items monogrammed, they will NOT be shipping immediately!!

SIZES:
Mud Pie tends to run Small, so order accordingly!
All other items run true to size.

RETURNS:
ALL sales FINAL!
As mistakes can happen, we are happy to fix them if you are sent the wrong item, wrong size.
