Crutcher’s Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial Services, Inc. was founded in 1981 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky by Lois Crutcher. She started the company out of her home and made it into the company that it is today. Ben Dailey, her grandson, who remembers carrying buckets for his grandmother when he was younger, decided to take over the family business in January of 2009 when Lois decided to retire. During her retirement she was still a huge asset to the company up until her unexpected death in November of 2010. Now, her grandson and current owner, Ben Dailey wants to make sure that she is remembered by keeping the good name and offering the well-known amazing customer experience that she always expected her dedicated employees to give.
Crutcher’s Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial Services, Inc. has also been a part of this local community for well over 30 years. As Lois did, Ben makes it a point to always give back to the local community whenever possible. Crutcher’s Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial, Inc. put money towards all of the local schools and some of the local youth programs, from sports to the band departments. Other organizations that they help out each year is Feeding America’s; Wall against Hunger and backpack programs, the DARE association, Special Olympics, Make a Wish Foundation, NWTF, The Arc of Kentucky, veteran’s affairs and many more. Crutcher’s Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial Services, Inc. also offer discounts for military and senior citizens.
