I am an experienced and compassionate Certified Clinical Counseling Hypnotherapist (CCHt), Hypnotic EMDR Specialist, EFT Practitioner, Personal Life Coach, and Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner with a private practice in Boulder, Colorado. Through these and other therapeutic modalities I use in my practice--Transitional Hypnotherapy--I am able to assist people of all ages and backgrounds with weight loss; smoking cessation; stress, fears & phobias; self-esteem; creative blocks and performance anxiety; many physical health issues; pain; and trauma. I am a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA) and the Colorado Association of Psychotherapists (CAP), and I served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Association of Psychotherapists for three years. I have also mentored and taught hypnotherapy students.

In addition to my direct work with clients, I serve as the Director of the Flatirons Wellness Center of Boulder, a community of holistic healing practitioners and therapists.
