Kim is one of the most experienced agents in Boulder County and the surrounding areas. She is a Colorado native and has been in the area for over 35 years. She sold over $150 Million of real estate in the past four years, including more than $50 Million in 2016 and over 200 homes since 2014. She has extensive knowledge and experience in helping buyers relocate to Boulder and the surrounding areas and is on top of local investment opportunities.

Kim started the Thompson Real Estate Group within Colorado Landmark in 2006. The Thompson Group is very proud to be part of a locally owned firm in Colorado Landmark, a Leading Real Estate Companies of the World affiliate and Luxury Portfolio International partner.

Kim earned her MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she also coached women’s college basketball. She a received a BA from Rice University where she graduated with honors (double major in business and economics) and played college basketball. Kim is an active member of the community and founder of a non-profit organization that helps Colorado girls obtain college basketball scholarships. She and her husband, Clay, have three daughters (10, 7, and 2) and love raising them in Colorado.
