We are Julia-Ann Square Historical Community Association, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to preserve the historical integrity of public spaces in the neighborhood. Please donate to help assist our efforts. All donations are tax deductible.
Welcome to beautiful Julia-Ann Square, West Virginia's largest and oldest residential historic district. There are many varied examples of Victorian architecture. The Parkersburg District was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.
