I'm Pam Bredenkamp (www.facebook.com/pam.bredenkamp), I’m a Certified Health Coach who works with clients who wants to get off the diet roller-coaster and create a healthy, balanced lifestyle in order to increase their energy, get to and stay at a healthy weight as well as possibly reduce their risk of preventable diseases like high blood pressure and type II diabetes.
When I started the program and lost my the first 50 lbs I had hope for the 1st time and knew I could do this. It was easy and it fit my busy schedule.
I lost, correction; relinquished 220 lbs! (Went from a size 5X to a Size 10). And because I feel so passionate about this program, I’ve been invited to become a Health Coach and help others see similar results.
