Every individual at Logic, Inc. will stand behind the decision to promote a given product or solution, and any member has the authority to bring in others who may have more expertise in a given field. Although you should know the engineer responsible for your company, you can receive immediate support from other Logic, Inc. members with only a phone call.

Logic, Inc. does not believe competition between sales and support is good business practice. To this end, all members are employed on a non-commission basis. Through our group bonus system, all Logic, Inc. members are motivated to ensure all customers receive the best service possible.

If you share with us your vision for a product solution along with as much technical information you can, hopefully we will be able to offer a solution using our products. If we say up front that this solution will work, then we will commit whatever resources it takes to see that this happens. We cannot do the work for you, but we can make sure that our solution is technically viable. In the unfortunate instance where we are not able to make a solution work, then we will take back the equipment or software. We will make it right.
