Hidden Valley Apartments prides itself in being locally owned and operated. The property was purchased in October of 2012. Since the acquisition Hidden Valley has undergone many improvements and a renewed focus on serving every tenant. Further improvements in service and amenities are underway, such as new secure, locked mailboxes, free tanning, free exercise room, free DVD library, updated laundry facilities, online tenant portal and 24/7 maintenance request. We won't claim to be perfect… but we are building a unique community/culture at Hidden Valley. The motto we strive to embody is "Tenants Are Our #1 Priority".
