General information
We are a quality meat processing business located in Northeast Iowa, Specializing in Retail and Wholesale sausages and smoked meats since 1964.
We sell to grocery stores and other places all over eastern Iowa, like Hy-Vee and Fareway Stores, among many others. Our chief products sold in stores are our Beef Summer Sausage, Dried Beer, Fully Cooked Bratwurst, Peppered Beef Sticks and Smokey Beef Sticks snack sausage.
We do NOT butcher, and never have. We purchase our high-quality raw meats from Iowa packing plants, and do all of the trimming, seasoning, cooking and smoking ourselves, using only natural hardwoods for smoking. All of the products we sell are fully-cooked, and most are also smoked. We don't sell any raw products.
Complete custom processing, including beef, pork, fish, poultry and game for organizations, farmers and hunters.
