About Me:
I love the inspiration that comes from traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures, but I'm also learning to discover beauty in the familiar. "If you can’t make a great picture in your own backyard, it isn’t going to happen anywhere else." After moving back to my hometown after college, this quote reminds me that not only can I be creative anywhere, my backyard is the best proving ground for creativity. Whether I'm literally in my backyard taking pictures with my macro lens or choosing a strange-looking vegetable at the farmer's market, the world in front of me is worth exploring, and the people in it have interesting stories to tell. Through video, I get to tell people's stories. Love stories, like the bride who told how the stranger strapped to her back in a tandum skydive became her husband. Success stories, like an aviation organization touching lives in rural Mexico. Educational stories, like how to style your hair in liberty spikes. Maybe you have a story to tell through video.
