*For online orders, you may request a return for one or more items from your account at the 'view completed orders' page.

Merchandise must have ARRIVED back to us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number (14 days for International Orders in observation of Customs delays).

Items must be in NEW condition - no signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free, deodorant free, perfume free.

Please include your receipt inside shipment and attach completed return form on outside of return shipment.

If your item does not meet ALL of the criteria above, DO NOT ATTEMPT to return it. It will be the buyers responsibility to arrange for the pick up and shipment of the returned merchandise.

Any item purchased “on sale” is a final sale, but size exchange for the same item is welcome, when available.

Custom orders are not returnable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Detailed guidelines for returns/exchanges:

Please include your receipt inside shipment and attach completed return form on outside of return shipment.

Please do not attempt to return items beyond our policy time frame. We cannot send it back for free.
If you're exchanging and worried about your new size/color being sold out by the time your package arrives, let us know what you need and we're happy to reserve your new item until your exchange makes it back to us.

Buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless Ya Ya Gurlz shipped the wrong item.

Feel free to ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, however, we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the item(s) is yours, at this point. In the case of returning footwear, please do not ship in boot box, as we have to re use the box. Please either wrap boot box or re use box we shipped them in.

Upon arrival of your returned merchandise, it will be processed in the next 1-2 business days. If it’s important that you know when your return arrived, please refer to your means of delivery confirmation.

Once we verify that the return/exchange parameters have, in fact, been met, we’ll send an email notification of actions taken and any necessary details.

Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping as follows:

Priority mail-$5.00

Please note that flat rate shipping is for USPS USA priority mail only. UPS and expedited shipping is offered as well. The shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
