General information

First Baptist Church of Webster was founded in 1891, known as a 'praying church', we are located in the Central Florida community of Webster, famous for one of the states largest outdoor farmers market. We preach and teach God's Word from the King James Version Bible, however, we do not dictate to our members which version of the bible they are to use. We are part of the Southern Baptist Convention as well as the Sumter Baptist Association. We still sing the same beautiful hymns of yesteryear, while incorporating current praise & worship, contemporary and gospel music through the sweet sound of our choir, talented members, and guests who wish to praise God through musical solo and/or group specials.
