The Journey is committed to providing enhanced treatment services that can help you to overcome addiction to heroin and opioid pain medications.

Our experienced medical treatment team comprised of doctors, nurses, and counselors will assist you in developing and achieving individualized, solution focused treatment goals. In addition, our experienced counselors are involved in continuing education and training to support these efforts with individual and group treatment approaches, and are committed to providing supportive, recovery oriented services that will improve the lives of our clients.

The Journey to Hope, Health & Healing is accredited by CARF, the Committee on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

Methadone Maintenance
Long term detoxification from opiates
Short term detoxification from opiates
Individual counseling
Group counseling and education
Drug free substance abuse counseling
Hep C and HIV anonymous testing provided and counseling
Medical examinations
Clinical assessment of co-occurring disorders
Coordination of care with community organizations
ATR (Access To Recovery) eligibility determination for grant funded treatment
