Midwest Right of Way Services, Inc., a privately owned corporation founded in July of 2000 and based in Omaha, Nebraska, provides exceptional quality and service. Services provided include acquisition negotiations, relocation assistance, title services, appraisals and reviews, acquisition and relocation cost studies, consulting services. Midwest Right of Way Services has provided right of way services for transportation, airport, sewer, transmission line, water, and flood control projects for state and local agencies, railroads, and utilities. Our agents have acquired more than 1,200 parcels of land and easements and provided relocation assistance to over 350 individuals and businesses over the last four years. Midwest personnel are up to date on the recent revisions to regulations implementing the Uniform Act. Our agents will perform acquisition and relocation activities in accordance with the Uniform Act, the Nebraska Relocation Assistance Act, FAA Order 5100.37A, and FAA AC150/5100-17.
