Elizabeth Brown-Meier is the owner of Elizabeth Brown Pilates, a Classical Pilates Studio located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Rome, GA. Elizabeth opened her Pilates studio in 2002.
While working in the medical field and teaching fitness after hours I attended a CEU seminar about Pilates. I was amazed in the healing power of movement in Pilates and knew I had to learn more. I completed 3 different Pilates teacher-training programs before dedicating myself to the original work of Joe Pilates known as the Classical Pilates Method. I believe so completely in it that I opened my studio to share the work with the local community.
