Chef Hector brings the authentic flavors of Basque pintxos (tapas) to the Bay Area with PintxoPote (formerly Donostia). Dedicated to the fresh, creative and vibrant Basque culture, PintxoPote features a broad selection of hot and cold pintxos and tapas, charcuterie plates including the world-famous jamon iberico, hot plates like patatas bravas and braised beef cheeks, and larger plates including the traditional bone-in beef rib-eye and Chef Hector’s signature mussels.

This is food that draws its goodness from the quality of ingredients, the perfection of its preparation and the passion of its chef.
