We strive to protect our customers privacy by asking permission before entering rooms in their home and wherever else deemed necessary. We will inform our customers before leaving the home with an update on our progress and an explanation of where we are going and estimated time of when we will return. At the completion of our work performed we strive to answer any and all questions or concerns our customers may have and provide a detailed explanation of the work performed and any operations of equipment installed.
