We teach Self-Defense and Competition Jiu Jitsu. Our clientele consists of men, women, and children from 5 yrs old and up. We offer group classes, private lessons, custom seminars, and personal fitness training.
KIDS SCHEDULE: Mon, Wed & Fri ------------- 4:45pm
ADULT DAYTIME: Mon, Wed, Thurs ------------ 7am & 12pm
ADULT EVENINGS: Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs 6pm & 7:15pm
ADULT OPEN MAT: Sat ----------------------------- 11am
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs --- 8:30pm
