Cindarn Packaging

General information

Cindarn Packaging traces its origins to Cindarn Plastics, a Baltimore based thermoformer who manufactured custom blisters, clamshells and trays for over forty years. During that time, Cindarn distinguished itself as a leading supplier to retail and industrial markets including cosmetics, housewares, toys and electronics. The company broadened its product line by expanding into holiday décor and later, drinking straws.

As many of the customers began moving their operations to China, or buying product in China, Cindarn reacted by manufacturing packaging and decorations in Taiwan, Korea and Mexico while maintaining its manufacturing capabilities in the United States. In 2004, Cindarn began producing blisters and clamshells in China. Over the next few years, we created a network of joint venture manufacturing operations in China complemented by an affiliation with other manufacturers in China and the United States so that today, Cindarn offers a broad line of packaging products that are shipped to customers throughout the world.
