Home Purchase...$1199.00 + HST*
Package includes preparation of one mortgage, all legal fees, title search, execution search, title insurance, all administration costs, postage, courier costs and banking fees.

Home Sale............$650.00 + HST**
Package includes preparation of one mortgage discharge, all legal fees, all administrative costs, postage, courier costs and banking fees.

Additional charges exist for a home purchase transaction through the Land Transfer Tax program based on your purchase price, as well as the Registration of the deed and mortgage. First Time Home buyers are entitled to a Land Transfer Tax Rebate.
