Fowl Foolers

General information

Fowl Foolers has spent the past year improving our burlap wrapped duck and goose decoys. We continue to manufacture our decoys using a Styrofoam body wrapped in burlap with a hardwood keel on the bottom and a nearly indestructible head on top. We have 11 different head styles depending on the decoy you are looking for, all with a molded in feather pattern and glass eyes.

We now use a different burlap, which brings out the feathered look of our decoys from only a few feet away. We have changed our decoy paint patterns, which has provided a more realistic decoy and has taken our decoys to the next level aesthetically. We also offer an optional ice resistant coating for our decoys, which protects them in freezing water, as well as an optional weighted keel, which provides a self-righting feature for the decoys.

Fowl Foolers has also developed a new product called the Flapper. This hand-held motion decoy is perfect for adding motion to your decoy spread. It is operated by waving it back and forth, mimicking the appearance of a duck flapping its wings. Once you capture the attention of the ducks and they are coming in, you can put the Flapper down. This way, the ducks that get away will not associate the Falpper with gunshots. The Flapper also floats, making it great for layout boat hunting.
