Founded by Dr. Albert H. Halff in 1950 in a one-room office, Halff has grown to a practice of more than 430 distinguished professionals offering services ranging from environmental assessments to multi-million dollar highway projects. Our services include: full-service engineering, surveying, environmental services, architecture, interior design, right of way acquisition, landscape architecture, planning, geographic information systems, construction management, subsurface utility engineering, public involvement and visual science and technology services.
