Toys“R”Us Facebook Terms of Use

The Facebook pages, applications, contests, or other interactions created or administered by Toys“R”Us are for our fans and guests to actively engage with Toys“R”Us and each other. We welcome your views, comments and other communications, pictures or videos ("User Content") as long as the User Content submitted by you complies with these Terms of Use and Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.

Toys“R”Us does not represent that the information on Facebook pages and applications created or administered by Toys“R”Us are accurate, complete, reliable, useful, timely or current. Toys“R”Us makes no representations as to the accuracy of any such information and it is solely provided on an “as is” basis to be used at your own risk.

Any User Content submitted by you on Facebook pages and applications created or administered by Toys“R”Us will be accurate, will not violate any applicable law, regulation, will not violate any right of a third party, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, will not be defamatory or libelous, and will not cause injury to any person or entity. For any User Content that you submit, you grant Toys“R”Us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell and distribute such content and to incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world, all without compensation to you. For this reason, do not post any User Content that you do not wish to license to Toys“R”Us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork. In addition, you grant Toys“R”Us the right to include the name provided along with the User Content submitted by you.

User Content submitted by you to Facebook pages and applications created or administered by Toys“R”Us will not contain obscene, profane or threatening language, and will not contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam."

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and Toys“R”Us assumes no liability for any User Content submitted by you. You agree to indemnify Toys“R”Us against all claims and liabilities resulting from your User Content. You understand and agree that we do not monitor User Content, but we reserve the right to review and delete any User Content for any reason or no reason, including User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these terms, Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities or is otherwise inappropriate or offensive, harmful to us, other Toys“R”Us fans or any third party. You understand and agree that Toys“R”Us may ban you or any user from posting on Facebook pages and applications created or administered by Toys“R”Us for inappropriate postings or as it deems necessary.
