American Futsal Academy (AFA) is the top performing futsal academy in Pennsylvania. , AFA has won 20 Regional titles and 28 State championships in its first five years. Fabinho Oliveira (the in-house coordinator of AFA) coached and played for North Philly Futsal and took the Open Men’s team to 3 regional finals and 1 national quarter final, losing only to 4 time national champion Safira FC. AFA has sent many players to the Philadelphia Union Academy and top clubs such as FC Continental. Furthermore, in 2013/2014, AFA sent four 1998-born players to US Futsal national team training program.
