Nestled in the heart of New Orleans theater district (1200 Canal Street) this intimate jewel-box theater once served as New Orleans first movie palace in the 1940’s. Today, the Joy Theater is dedicated to bringing “joy” back to the City of New Orleans and surrounding areas by serving as a 10,000 square foot,
multi-purpose venue with state of the art sound and lighting.
