An independent publisher of nutrition books and tools that markets to the health / medical industry, the trade, and to the consumer directly. Books and tools focus on prevention of diabetes, insulin resistance, heart disease and weight management. Our latest imprint, On My Own, advocates for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our mission is to help people with IDD achieve and maintain good health by knowing how to cook, plan meals, and have access to heart healthy recipes to achieve a standard of independent living they desire.

Other foci include: gluten-free, arthritis, infertility and pregnancy, sports nutrition, hypertension, wellness, and renal disease. All books are authored by registered dietitians, medical doctors or other health professionals who are experts in their subspecialties.
