Our Mission

Community Healthlink is committed to promoting, restoring, and maintaining the physical health, mental health and dignity of adults, children, and families in Central Massachusetts who are experiencing mental illness, addiction, or homelessness.

With locations throughout Worcester, as well as locations in Leominster and Fitchburg, CHL provides person-focused recovery services throughout Worcester County, including:

-Mental health services for young children, both in classroom and home-based settings;
-Early intervention services;
-Outpatient and school-based mental health services for school-aged children;
-Residential services for school-aged children;
-Intensive Care Coordination for families;
-Victim services;
-Emergency mental health services for children and adults;
-Inpatient adolescent substance use detoxification and recovery;
-A continuum of inpatient adult substance use programming;
-Outpatient adult substance use counseling;
-Outpatient mental health counseling;
-Integrated primary care with behavioral health care;
-A federally-qualified health center providing behavioral health and primary care services primarily to homeless individuals;
-A wide spectrum of residential recovery services;
-Transitional housing; and
-Leased housing.

Community Healthlink is a proud member of UMass Memorial Health Care, the largest not-for-profit health care system in Central Massachusetts, and is a clinical partner of the University of Massachusetts Medical School. CHL is also proud to be a partner agency of the United Way of Central Massachusetts.
