The Home for Aged People in Fall River, a non-profit organization, has been serving Southcoast area elders since 1891. We offer the full continuum of exceptional care and outstanding services. We are proud members of LeadingAge Massachusetts and Massachusetts Senior Care Association.

Our three area care communities:

Adams House is located in the historic and elegant Highlands District at 1168 Highland Ave., Fall River, MA 02720. Area families choose Adams House for our extraordinary blend of gracious living in a true home-like setting, compassionate & supportive nursing care and our strong, well-earned reputation throughout the community.

Freeman Borden Transitional Care Unit is the newest addition to The Home. Located within Adams House, our newly renovated, Medicare Certified unit offers 'Serious Rehab with Bed & Breakfast Charm'. We offer Short-Term care for those recuperating from an accident, illness or injury. We help to 'bridge the gap' when hospitalization is no longer necessary, but rehabilitation, skilled nursing care and other supportive services are still required in preparation for returning home. These services are available 7 days a week.

Bay View, our premiere Retirement Community, is located right beside the Fall River Country Club, at 4380 North Main St., Fall River, MA 02720.
