Fortitude Strength and Conditioning is located in downtown Coldwater, MI. Since our birth in 2015 our no nonsense approach to training holds us as the elite choice for improving your fitness level. We pride ourselves on being the most experienced in regards to coaching and programming in this area. All classes and sessions are directed by a certified CrossFit coach. We also offer special programming for athletes and those with more specific goals. We have the ability to scale all workouts to one’s fitness level. Our coaches take pride in offering you the education, training and encouragement that it takes to succeed. We encourage you to give us a try. You won't be disappointed.
