We are a small intimate Hatha Yoga studio located at 2 Franklin Square, just one short block from Broadway in Downtown Saratoga Springs and across the street from Spot Coffee. Our studio offers Hatha , Therapeutic, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga & workshops, for all levels and abilities. Our classes are designed to be therapeutic whether challenging or gentle, and our studio is warm, well ventilated, peaceful, quiet, and spiritually relaxing. Our classes are often described as the type of classes you’d take in a top level ashram, only in a studio environment. If you are looking for a sustainable and enjoyable practice with a friendly loyal community, then you’ll thoroughly enjoy our classes and our program.
