The Fieldhouse at Canaan, on the western edge of the Berkshires, is wholly dedicated to the health, wellness and development of individuals and teams of all ages.

The Fieldhouse is a 20,000 square-foot indoor sports facility with a peak height of 40 feet tapering to 27 feet on the side. Max occupancy is 103 persons.

True to the vision above, the facility is 96% playing with only 4% viewing (supporter) space. For leagues or tournaments, one sideline will be used for supporters bringing the viewing space up to 10%.

Given these space limitations, the clear rules below will be enforced to ensure the safety and harmony of all Fieldhouse customers (participants and supporters). A single violation of rule #1, or repeated violation of other rules, will immediately terminate one's participation in Fieldhouse programs.

GENERAL

1) Respect Each Other: No fighting or otherwise abusive/unsafe misconduct ... One time is the last time you play here.
2) Respect our Fieldhouse: No spitting, no hanging on nets/goals, no balls at ceiling, no balls off the field.
3) Care for our Field: No food, gum-chewing, drinks, glass on the field ... water in plastic bottles only. No bottles left on field.
4) Clean Your Shoes: Playing shoes are cleaned outside of the Fieldhouse.
5) Be On-Time: Prompt entry and exit from field to be considerate of programs before and after.
6) Only 4% Viewing Space: No un-supervised children under 16. 1 supervising parent/guardian per 2 children ratio.
7) Please Clean Up for Next Customer: Put trash, empty bottles in garbage or recycling bin. Wipe table and sweep floor if needed.

ADMINISTRATIVE

8) All participants must complete on-line acknowledgement of Fieldhouse Rules and complete on-line participant waiver*.
9) Payment is due before work-out/game. Cash, check, Visa/MC/Debit cards accepted.
10) Number of participants is limited based on program. First come, first serve based on payment.

*Some programs will have specific club/organization insurance which eliminates need for individual participant waivers.

SPORT-SPECIFIC

Soccer

1) No slide-tackling.
2) No kicks directly at ceiling. PK awarded in game. Ejection if intentional (General rule #2)
