Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery offers tours, tasting, and sales of handcrafted spirits in the Queensbury area. Nestled within the Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, our mission is to produce unique, high quality spirits using local grains and fruits in a natural and innovative process. We grind the grain ourselves, distill our own spirits, and label, bottle, and age our products in our renovated horse barn. Some of the spirits we offer include Two Sisters Vodka, Two Sisters Limoncello, Two Sisters Orangecello, Howl at the Moonshine, Howl at the Moonshine Apple, and Howl at the Moonshine Maple & Sly Fox Gin.
