The Third Generation is running the Agency based on the same personal service that the Founder instilled in 1933. We offer personal attention to the needs of each of our customers. Whether it be a Renters policy or a 250 employee Commercial policy, the Rowledge Agency takes pride in working with our clients to develop an insurance program that is best for you.

With over 80 years of service to the Capital District, the Agency's first priority is to secure our clients future in the event of a loss through the use of our various comprehensive programs and solid advice. We have strong relationships with each of our Insurance Companies which allows us to obtain the best coverage, at the best price, for you.

Founder Dudley Rowledge opened up an office over a Chrysler Car Dealership in 1933. 3 Years later he moved to the location at 139 Mohawk Ave that we still occupy. In 1960 Dudley was joined by his son Roderick who then was joined in 1982 by his son Bruce. 2013 marks the 80th year in business as well as the fourth generation for the Agency with Bruce's nephew Ben, joining the team Through out the history of the agency we have been focused on providing our clients with the best service through the use of Property and Casualty insurance products and solid advice.
