No returns on: wedding gowns, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, evening shoes, formal jewelry, hats, holiday items, hair accessories, undergarments, bras, hosiery, opened or used cosmetics, skincare related items, items discounted 30% or more, items that have been altered.
Clearance Merchandise is sold AS-IS and is non returnable & non exchangeable.
All other items: Exchange or store credit only within 30 days with receipt and merchandise must be returned in the same condition when it left the store.
