Locust Grove Smokehouse is a full service slaughter house, processing, smokehouse and retail store. We private label customers meats for sale at many local farms and farmers markets. Our retail store has many items, smoked items include: Hams boneless and bone in, petite boneless hams, Bacon, Peppered Bacon, Canadian Bacon, Shoulder butt bacon, ham steaks, smoked pork chops, bone in and boneless, smoked polish sausage regular and jalapeno and cheddar cheese, pickled polish sausage, pickled eggs, and more. We have fresh pork chops, spare ribs, a full line of fresh sausages, breakfast bulk links and patties, hot links and patties, sweet links and patties, fresh polish rings and patties. We have all your beef needs USDA inspected steaks, roast, ground beef, beef patties of many varieties, as well as many other items like Battenkill Creamery milk and ice cream, Thomas eggs, Rupert Rising bread, Even soft serve ice cream fro May to Sept.
