General information
Our store is located in the Old Clark House, built in 1840 in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. The store section of the structure was first built during the Civil War when it functioned as a general store, serving the farmers in the area and continued as such for the next 93 years. We have been operating in this quaint, historic building since 1988. Although we specialize in beat writers, the bulk of our books are literary fiction, vintage, used, eclectic, rare and a large choice of non-fiction subjects comprising books dating from the 1990s back to the 1750s.
