Elevation, in Bend Oregon, serves as the \"real life\" capstone course for both the Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts programs of the Cascade Culinary Institute. The restaurant provides a collaborative learning environment where guest feedback is integrated into the students' competency-based learning experience. Students also learn the importance of utilizing seasonal and locally grown foods from regional farmers and producers.
