Calapooia CrossFit is Albany's original CrossFit Affiliate. Recently moved to 1209 Anderson Place SE Bldg A, Albany, OR 97322. The goal at Calapooia CrossFit is to provide a place for people to share our passion for fitness, nutrition, competition, and community. Calapooia CrossFit has embraced the old-school CrossFit model of starting small with an emphasis on excellence in training and letting the gym grow along with our local CrossFit community. At Calapooia CrossFit we scale all training, workouts, and programming to meet the needs of the individual while allowing all participants the opportunity to work together and push each other to the next level of fitness. We encourage athletes of all abilities and experience levels to join us in shaping the local CrossFit community.
