We can offer the following services in your home as much or as little as you like and you will pay only for the amount of care you need. Our quality services will continue to include ongoing case management by a Nurse and are flexible so they can be increased or decreased as needed. Depending on the type of care you need, New Horizons In-Home Care has a wide variety of services, all performed by qualified & experienced staff members.

Companions/ Homemakers
Companions and Homemakers make it easier to live with independence. They can assist with whatever will help you live with new independence:
• Errands
• Transportation
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Meal preparation

Personal Care Assistants and CNA’s
In addition to the tasks of a Companion and Homemaker, Personal Care Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants help with daily personal care such as:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Mobility
• Personal hygiene
• Medication assistance
Nursing Services
An excellent team of Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses can provide nursing care to you in your home, such as:
• Diabetic care
• Wound care
• Pediatric care
• Other nursing services
In situations where a Home Health or Hospice Agency is involved we will work closely to supplement their services.
Care for people in all age groups
In addition to general in-home care services, New Horizons In-Home Care offers experienced care for people of all ages with a variety of needs, such as:
• Post-operative care
• Medically fragile children
• Post traumatic injuries
• Neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, and other illnesses.
Relocation Assistance
Because of New Horizons In-Home Care’s long history and experienced staff, we are aware of the many options available to older and disabled residents of Lane County. Should you decide that you would like to move from your current residence, we can meet with you free of charge and review the many options available to your community. We will consider your life style, the area you prefer, pets, any care needs you may have and your budget.
