Authentic Motivation for You

General information

My background expands over more than 20 years of education and experience. I began teaching fitness classes in the early '90s and I became a certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer. I also became certified in many other forms of fitness training, culminating in a 200-hour yoga certification. During this time I earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics: Food Science and Administration, a Master of Art in Kinesiology, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. Most recently I earned a certification as a Health Coach, and am a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

In addition to owning my health and wellness business I am currently an Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Fresno Pacific University. Prior to Fresno Pacific University, I taught in the Kinesiology department at Fresno State for 13 years.
