Sequel Development & Management has two decades of experience and expertise providing property management services and building multi-family homes throughout the greater Southern New Hampshire area. NAHB is a trade association that helps to promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.
Sequel was founded in 1994 by Peter Dolloff and Steven Vallier. Construction projects include several multi-family developments primarily in Southern NH. Sequel currently manages over 600 condominiums and apartments in the Nashua and Manchester area.
