General information

The store is comfy and inviting. Everyone who walks in the door remarks on how fresh and cheery the colors are. We have about 9,000 volumes of used books; many popular authors of fiction; over 20 categories make for an eclectic selection of non-fiction and there are gobs of children's books.
The store features Wisconsin authors, including local children’s author Dona Ross Pratt’s popular Melissa’s Halloween Wish. Edgerton's History in Clay, described as the most complete and richest sample of illustrated Paulineware ever published is also available to buy. The beautiful, hard-to-find book was written by Ori-Anne Pagel and published by the Arts Council of Edgerton. Other local authors include Jerry Anderson, Nicolas Dettman, and Richard Masterson.
The store is located in the heart of downtown, where Hwy 51 and 59 intersect. When you get to the only traffic lights in Edgerton, look for the green awning next to El Patron Mexican restaurant.
