Mecha Artisan Chocolate Company Information
General information
After years in the corporate world, I decided to pursue a passion of mine and go to culinary school. After a few years working on the Line at a few of Philadelphia's busiest restaurants, I decided it was time for a new challenge and I transitioned to a chocolate kitchen. There I learned different techniques in chocolate making, as well as deserts, and found my calling.
With our custom built kitchen at the SoHa Arts Building, we are open for business to try to make the world a little sweeter : >
