Craniosacral therapy is a sophisticated and elegant light-touch therapy. It releases tensions held in the body/mind that can cause health problems, both emotional and physical. You lie in loose comfortable clothing on a padded massage table while craniosacral work de-stresses you and allows your body/mind to make the corrections that will take you to a higher level of health.
