Company Overview
Orchestra was founded in 1995 by Chantal and Pierre Mestre, a husband and wife team whose vision was to create high-quality yet affordable clothing that could withstand the wear-and-tear of children’s every day activities, especially their little ones’. The Mestres’ designs set new fashion trends by capturing the joy of childhood by pairing playful prints and colorful designs with quality fabrics. More than 3,000 designs are produced in a season and over 100 new items are shipped to stores each week. Today, Orchestra is the leading children’s retailer in France, the 6th largest children’s clothing retailer in the world, and operates in 40 countries throughout Europe, Asia, and North Africa.
