Our firm’s history is a huge advantage for the people we help. Our founder and head attorney Gary Brod used to work for the largest corporation of its kind, Equifax, developing information for the insurance industry, and gained ground level insight into how employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators evaluate insurance risks and claims. He also spent time working for a law firm that defended insurance companies in various insurance and injury claims. During this time he gaining intimate insider knowledge on how injury claims work.

Mr. Brod soon realized that he was on the wrong side and that he wanted to help injured victims get fairly compensated, so he started his own practice with the mission of fighting for real people instead of giant corporations.

Today, The Brod Law Firm is a multi-awarded outfit; among our accolades, we have recently been named one of the Best Law Firms of America. But our best accomplishment by far is proving ourselves worthy of our clients’ trust. With our legal service, numerous Pennsylvanians are now back on track with their lives after their accidents.
