Personal Health Care has been providing service to our local community since 1981 with the objective to provide compassionate, reliable, and affordable Home Health Care.

Our multidisciplinary healthcare team will assess the unique medical and personal needs of the client and create a plan that ensures safety and wellness while maintaining maximal independence and privacy. We assign one case manager to handle all of the client’s needs, increasing continuity, communication, and client satisfaction.

Most importantly , we take pride in our reliable and responsive staff who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

At Personal Health Care, we will assist you in building a care plan tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. We work closely with Department of Aging, Veterans Administration, Long Term Care Insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, School Districts, PA Waiver Programs, as well as accepting private pay clients.

Pediatric Nursing at Home & School
Personal Health Care has over 25 years of experience providing pediatric nursing care to our medically complex children. We understand that no two children are the same and that each child’s needs are designed on a one on one basis.
Personal Health Care serves our clients in Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County

We are proud to offer service to the entire Southeastern PA while remaining close where we started on the Main Line.
